Lyrical Jazz Dancer

Michelle Mensore Condon is the director of externships and public service and pro bono and teaches media law courses at the Charleston School of Law. She grew up studying ballet, tap, and jazz and performing in dance, choir, and musical theater productions in her hometown of New Martinsville, W.Va. As a teenager, she also studied and performed with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. She performed with dance companies while a student at the University of Notre Dame and Washington & Lee School of Law and taught tap as a law school student. She was an active part of the dance community in Charleston, W.Va., where she worked for a large corporate law firm, the W.Va. Attorney General’s Office, and as the W.Va. Supreme Court’s first public information director and media spokesperson. She happily continues dancing and performing with Dance Lab in Charleston, where she lives with her husband, Irv, and their son, Joseph.
