Patrick is a Partner at Copeland Stair Valz & Lovell, LLP in Charleston, SC. His practice includes professional liability/malpractice defense, design/construction litigation, and general liability defense. Prior to law school, Patrick was a professional musician, performing throughout the Southeast. He’s continued to pursue his musical interests since becoming a lawyer, regularly performing at venues around the Charleston area as a solo artist and with different bands. Patrick grew up in coastal SC and has lived in Charleston for 25 years. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys writing/performing music, supporting his Clemson Tigers, and vacationing in the Blue Ridge mountains with his wife, three children, and their two dogs, Saylor and Gibson.
